Okay, so I don't think they are even going to try to translate the comic into animation 1:1, so there are definitely going to be some differences in the show and will probably start planting stuff that they already know what will happen much later.
So, what do you think they are going to add?
Someone already said a nod to June and I fucking hate that there is a non 0 chance it will happen.
Unfortuntely, Davekat will also be happening. They might tease Daverose at first but drop it right before the sibling reveal.
Since Davekat is a guarantee, they might start budding some Johnrezi and even introduce the Troll's kissmesis system while doing it.
Without a doubt, Jade will still remain a mostly background character or plot device, and will get no cute moments with Dave.
They will either tone down the Bro "abuse" or just outright say he's abusive to Dave at the beginning.
