I'm currently 38% in cash and thinking about what to do.
I know the experts and the theory and the math all say I should get back in and that you can never predict what the market might or might not do (I agree with that) but I just don't have the heart to do it.

I think I might just stretch out a DCA plan as long as possible, say 12 months.
