I saw that too, looked really fuckin weird. Maybe the flag was important in some way and touched the ground? I also saw a parachuter that seemed like he was having trouble and headed for a treeline, I chalked that one up to perspective, surely an "elite parachuter" could touch down safely in all that open area.
