I think he's in his mid 50s, without looking into it I think he started the thing in his 20s not long after art school, I wouldn't put him any older than 60.

Updated two days ago, this started in 1997 for those unfamiliar, started out seven days a week then changed to five and is now much more sporadic, two a week or so. It's supposed to end in a few years which is for the best I always feel like the writers of these long running things get so sick and tired of these characters living in their heads after so many years.
