I think it all comes down to porn addiction. There are nofap militants, semen retention militants, and gradients below that. I think the root of all of this is porn addiction is a serious problem obviously. And in my opinion if you’re with holding sex from your gf of wife to obtain SR, i dont know man, I feel like at that point youve lost the plot.
