Well here's the thing. There's a trend of pirate captains (Luffy, Roger, Big Mom, Shanks probably etc.) having their (de facto) first mates ALSO have conquerors haki (Zoro, Rayleigh, Katakuri, Beckman probably). If Yamato really is set to become a Captain of her own crew, guess who is first in line to be her first mate.
