I used to see them all the time when I was a child. I would turn around and see them looking at me behind corners and quickly disappear. They were all harmless so I didn't mind them. The thing that messed me up mentally was when I woke up at night to pee and when I entered the bathroom I saw glowing red eyes outside the window. I started screaming and crying. Years later I found out these were also a type of shadow people but more dangerous.

Curious thing is, after we moved out to a new home, all appearances and oddities completely stopped. That made me believe that these entities haunt places, not people directly.
