Vira. I think she's just really cool. Her entire kit is purpose-built to make a whole narrative during a fighting game round, struggling with weaker options at the start, finding the clutch moment to land your grab or building the meter for the install transformation super, and then wreaking havoc with your now-top tier character for the win. Her being a little crazy and having a bit too much fun swinging a sword around is a bonus.
