1-60 at 1x rates with vanilla level requirements is between 600-1000 quests depending on how luck you are with certain quest item drops
pic related is the number of levelling (non-profession, non-attunement, non-seasonal etc) quests that epoch has added, but with 0.5x rates the total XP is closer to 900 vanilla quests worth (1800/2=900)
so on the low end, 900+600=1500 quests which will be you basically doing every quest in every zone at yellow/orange/red as to not incur a green/grey xp penalty which is impossible
b-b-but what about dungeon spam!?!?!?! kill rates are 0.5x and have fun spamming instances as a dps without a premade group lol!
