The argument is that Tusk's AP is higher than Gojo's AP so any attack he throws would be intercepted by Humanoid Tusk.
I'll assume you are not familiar with Jojo because every time someone talks about Jojo here we need to go over the same explanations about users not being as strong as their Stands.
