No because people are already bitches about codices and datasheets being borderline unchangeable in 3 year editions, imagine in a decade long one. Also they need to get money off people buying stupid rule books and dices every new edition and getting people excited over new codices every couple weeks like they are doing atm. Not very miniature savvy either. GW will most likely go to the secondary market and start making money off merch, videogames TV shows etc because painting miniatures and rolling dice is too much effort for most normies to try and get into.
Their best bet is to just add new stuff to their already existing roster alongside new factions and such to remain relevant but that would require too much effort... People are more excited for rebrands of older models than entirely new ones these days anyway, just look at how the TSbots were received.
