What order did you watch them? I feel like S3 is getting an unfair amount of hate, I'd rank it equal in quality to S1, but that's because I watched S3 before the OVA and I find that Kita-san's character arc and Narita Top Road's character arc with the city folk helping cheer for them being a copypasted plotline which would diminish either S3 or the OVA depending on which order you watched it.
But putting S2 as being better than the movie and Cinderella Gray? Fucking crazy talk, unless you're a Teio fanboy or something.
