It's 1080p stretched across a 27" panel, that's why it's so cheap. Avoid.
It's fine for a 24" panel, but at that size you want 1440p or higher to avoid huge pixels and the screen door effect.

If you play E-Sports that can get super-high FPS to take advantage of 240Hz+ then this 24" 400 Hz IPS is actually a little cheaper:
