I don't believe for one second that moon mining is the way to get helium 3. If it's such a commodity can't you just use an energy negative fusion reactor to make it? $80,000 a gram is high, and if demand goes up eventually it becomes advantageous to build a machine for it. I don't know if you want your lunar economy based on a commodity that can be acquired cheaper elsewhere. I'm skeptical
