I like the victims of vicissitude to look very distorted and twisted up, nothing can look "healthy" when it comes to the fleshcraft.
The Tzimisce themselves, as you can see here, I imagine as incredibly distorted themselves. Not simply by the touch of their own vicissitude, but also because their distance from Humanity allows the Beast to "shine" through, even given that the Tzimisce are not generally in danger of wassail. So they look dead, withered, dry, and emaciated on TOP of being warped by the fleshcraft.
