Bolo has show interes on Risky and felt nervious whe Rooty flirted with him. Plus some passing interest on nameless NPCs like the Bath House lady in HGH. As far as I can remember he has never show any interest on either Sky or Shantae, beyond that one time where he felt extremely frustrated about missing out of the girls dressed as Space, Slave Princesses on the Desert Adventure.
