i've always known young angry kratos was an irrational unjustifiable retard
but when i was an angry edgy teenager, i didn't care
i simply loved the violence
i knew it was bad and i didn't seek to emulate him, but i still enjoyed the chaos and absurdity of his behavior in the original games
it felt like an outlet

i don't like the emphasis on kratos being mature and tempered in the new games because no other games have done a successful job of replacing it
from unique to generic
why?
what new series scratches the same angsty itch of the early god of war games now?
