well i didnt imply they were lazy, they just needed to meet deadlines. i think everyone knows japs have borderline suicidal work ethic. Im positive less panels and ADD-tier pacing is a direct result of work load in general, which never made sense to me. i expect to take the same amount of time reading something as it took to make, so every page should be substantial. pages that look like picrel make me wonder what the point of even checking back every week is, (ironically a certain popular longrunning manga makes me ask the same question despite cramming more ink on every page)
