I'm wondering what kind of elemental alignment quartz has though. Judging by the color, you would think it's air, but I've heard that theyre very popular among Time Wizards. Though they're abundant in nature, there is a severe lack of Time Wizards in the world, probably due to the Cløckwørk Wars in the deep past (some theorize that Time Wizards are rare simply because they have mastery over time and choose to live in the not present, however) so it's rare to actually see them being used. I've only encountered one Time Wizard myself. He was ironically in quite a hurry to get somewhere and kept glancing at his wrist, but there was no watch on it (unless it was invisible?) Anyways. He had two staves he was holding in one hand, both had whiteish, semi-opaque crystals. One was very obvious an air staff with an opal, but the other I couldn't make out what it was, so I assumed it was quartz, but the guy dissappeared before long
