I wouldn't mind a xenos range for a great crusade book, but only if they were meaningfully different from 40k's range. Some wholly new races would be good; just say they got wiped out in the crusade. For orks, I'd love to see a revival of their classic more advanced look. For Eldar, combine all varieties into an immediate post-fall army which hasn't had the time to develop distinct cultures. This guy attached was designed to bridge that gap, and I think the aesthetic would work well for a full army.
