Just got on Zepbound. Down from 270 to 255 in 7 days. I've been hydrating like a mofo and have lifted about 4 hours total this week. Hopefully it's not too much muscle loss.
Any tips for meals to make? I've had zero appetite and have mostly been living on 42g Fairlifes, Miso Soup packets, Duke's Shorty Sausages, and Laughing Cow cheese wedges with a few mini saltines to scoop it up. I'll normally grill up like 2-3lb of chicken on Sunday's and use those in things throughout the week, but even something that heavy makes me queasy.
