How do (You) even have sex with your wife after the first child is born? The spouse sleeps in a different futon from you (For some reason). So it's not like you can sneak over. You don't have any family to watch the kid. The shrine doors can be closed but people go there to pray. If you have a second kid, the distance increases.

Also the Shrines are such shitty fucking houses. No rooms for the spouse, no room for the kid, no bathroom, no air conditioning, the kitchen can possibly set the shrine on fire. No idea where Woolby sleeps. Shit has to be hot as balls at night in Spring and Summer and cold as shit in Autumn and Winter.
