There are countermeasures though. Both russians and ukies discovered that firing at the drones with 12-gauge shotguns can be effective see previous video like you can shoot them they always try that before they get blown to pieces but with a regular gun it rarely works but with a 12-gauge shotgun using buckshot you actually have a chance...though not so much if the pilot in question is an ace...like this guy in this vid:

Currently the US DOD is developing an automated AI controlled automatic turret with 360 turning radius that fires small pellet buckshot that seems to be the most effective and cost effective counter measure...keep in mind you can use jammers but that literally broadcasts to the world your exact location and mortars/artillery are still the crown of modern warfare and haven't gone anywhere...they can just shell you at your exact location. Game over. Not to mention the average jammer is like $60k whilst a drone only costs $300 + $3000 for the TATP. Keep in mind these drones usually come in squadrons of 12-30 and most of them don't even carry explosives mostly for recon which is like 90% of modern warfare.
Trust me...if WW3 happens in your country you'll be seeing a lot of FPVs. In this I am rather confident. Pray it never happens.
