Im at the beginning of paradox part 1 playing on Very Hard and I want to make the Four Bandits my main combat team because they were my favorite characters from the VN. How should I build them?

So far heres my ideas:

Gob: Not really sure if i should aim for giga fighter since she can always use clubs, or more of a martial artist focus to capitalize on her high Agility.

Papi: focus on her low HP berserk thing. Get Edging from apprentice hero and as many passives as I can find that are like "revive at 20% hp" or "more damage below 20% hp" or "get a damage shield so you dont die". Then aim for the berserker job and monster skills jobs.

Vanille: Just get a bunch of thief/merchant stuff. I dont know. She seems pretty bad but I like her, so shes in my party. After that maybe black magic.

Teeny: Just all the maid and cook stuff I guess? Maybe get her some healing magic since nobody else on the team has it?
