I agree. If Yor seems unhappy, and she is definitely very unhappy right now, and Loid finds out she was seen with another man, I think that would at the very least make him nervous. Especially considering their recent conversation about how long their marriage would last. It's worth noting that Yor never actually said she wanted it to continue and though Loid guesses correctly that she does, she's very noncommittal about the whole thing verbally.
It's a situation rife with opportunity for him to look back on and assume he was wrong.
