I...I have returned to this game ~3 months ago, 600+ Ranked games in and I think I understand now.
I think I have finally figured out how Riot Games' matchmaking system is "RIGGED". And even more importantly, how you, me, anyone can abuse it.

Question being...what do I do with this information?
