Practice, practice, practice. And yes its digital. Pic related is when I practiced traditionally two years ago, I've filled plenty of sketchbooks with just practicing drawing the body and breaking down the shapes. So now even if draw digitally or trad, I have the muscle memory. So it basically boils down to practice and keeping at it. Timed figure drawings should be stressful and mentally taxing, it forces your brain and hand to look for shortcuts and develop shapes that reads correctly (imo)

For the aspect I just use a 7000x3000 canvas and zoom to roughly 75% so I basically get 10 figures in before I need to scroll down the page to the "row". I dunno, thats just my way of doing it
