There are a few things that can make or break this game's story:
If he follows through with the [SOUL] being the enemy of the vessel (Kris)
If we see some kind of Kino crash-out with Susie when she learns of our betrayal with working with Carol and the Knight
If Susie x Noelle romance actually dies off (if he goes along with this retarded relationship then he's certified as a terrible writer for anything romance related)
If Noelle and the [SOUL] can preform a proper genocide route (it's bizarre that the light world Kris has a weapon and armor inventory that can't be used yet)

There's obviously a lot more but those are the biggest plots points right now.
