it's a thing that goes both ways
encounter design makes the changes on jobs and changes on the jobs change encounter design, if it was up to me this game would be different and if it was up to you it'd also be different but sadly that's not the case so we can't be asking for things that could be better that won't work, you don't have the foresight to see how the shitty changes you want or that i want would change the game so we have to go on the scope of what we have at the moment and build from it
