Fascism at least as traditionally defined would be a system of governance where the state comes ahead of all other concerns. You can call national socialism whatever you choose, but in reality it is an outlook on life and how you choose to perceive the world. Once a government fails to fulfill its role in securing the peace and prosperity of a nation (race) there is no further use for it. The people must come first and the government should be built based on their needs. This is the only way forward.
