In addition to the beans being spilled at a shareholder meeting like the article anon linked to describes, there's been a ton of hiring for positions at and above senior and lead levels specifically for an unannounced project that is almost certainly Guild Wars related.

Notably (imo) they've hired for Senior Brand Manager and Head of Publishing late last year. Those don't seem like positions you would fill unless you're confident you're bringing your project across the finish line. Not saying GW3 announcement is imminent, probably within 2 years though (again imo).
