Best guess, they're trying to "wait" longer before putting the Killzone warbond back in circulation, so that the people who bought it on first release get more time and "value" out of the premium purchases. Then when it becomes available in the Superstore again, it's going to be price cut to directly address the main complaint that it was too expensive, and the people who bought it day one got their "value" by enjoying exclusivity for several months if not a year.
