That's fucked. One man trying to manage ten teams of ten people sounds like hell even before having to handle all their various equipment loads and transportation methods. Even if the entire company is a particular subspecies of infantry they still radically vary with shit like devastators having heavy bolters (a different kind of munition from regular bolters), multi-meltas, plasma cannons, missiles, las or grav cannons alongside the riflemen's loadouts. That is a phenomenal amount of bullshit to manage in mission for someone who nominally does not have a platoon sergeant or any staff to answer to him.
