Movie trailers are uploaded in pathetically bad quality to youtube, compressed to fuck. We used to at least have quicktime trailers from Apple's movie trailer section, where you could get them in native resolution, but we don't even have that anymore. Video game trailers are actually uploaded in 4k, still compressed but reasonably close, and you can usually get them in their native resolutuon elsewhere easily. But movie trailers are stuck in 2009 on youtube.
You can't actually think when you see a film in the theater that it is this resolution, surely?
