the wanting to stop is the most important
try 5-25% less each day, depending how fast you want to stop, but do not ever increase a dose. also space it out through the day in 2-3 doses so you can get used to not being high. will solve the physical stuff but more importantly need to address the source of hole (escapism) which was being filled by it. find a hobby/interest you can enjoy sober.
lots of supplements can help like 5 htp, gaba, im sure there are lots of others. stay away from kratom/alcohol or any other (legal/illegal) psychoactive replacement.
