Okay I'm reading the one called mass protocol and idk..
This guys wants me to do 3 compounds a day 3 days a week with no more than 30% of my 1rm. For six weeks.
On top of steady state cardio for 30 minutes 3 days a week. There's no way in hell I'm gonna do 3 sets of 10 with 15% of my max. Is he joking? Is he paid to get soldiers and police mogged to death?
