Oh yeah, Garbi talks about this directly. There's no evidence that this person has any talent outside of how to market themselves, manipulate policies, and guilt trip people. And since mega-corps are huge no one is to blame for anyone, and you can pretend to be a hero who was failed. Thus people who are poison will be rehired.
