The whole point of the F-14 was to have a big airframe with a lot of power so it could carry any missile it wants no matter how big and could carry whatever radar you could want to put into it, so I could totally believe one with an upgraded Russian/Chinese radar and missiles could have a chance to hit an F-35. The F-14 is much faster than it after all so it could catch up.
