I don't know why you souls fans argue so much about what's better when it all can't even hold a candle to the GOAT of combat.
>every enemy is a threat and capable of killing you
>nothing attacks in slow motion
>enemies will suicide bomb you at low health
>walls are all valuable resources in fights
>parries, launchers, combos, cancels, grabs all available to the player but you have to be creative
>multiple weapons that actually play differently
Can't react in time, you die. Can't handle 10+ enemies all rushing you down and throwing explosives? You die.
Actual difficulty and open gameplay without needing to hand the player a character that moves like they're drunk and is limited by a stamina bar.
