I was curious too and he showed me a few tricks.
Picrel is 30 nights from Aug 1 to Aug 31 but you can try to negotiate with the manager/owner for discounts with longer stays. Apparently he knows a lot more, so I'd probably ask for his advice if Im going to make an attempt at this. He's very proud of it lol
