This isn't the same shader, or is the same filter after some tweaking on how transparent the black grid is.
The retard's shader brightens the middle pixel while putting a harsh dark grid around the brightened pixel making everything look like laughable vomit.
You can see the exact same resolution and grid used here, but the black grid is like half as harsh and the middle pixel is the original pixel's proper colour. It's literally just a fucking South American zoomer drawing one of the worst shaders ever, being proud that it works at all, and then spamming it nonstop here for the past thirteen fucking threads or so while claiming anyone who doesn't adore it as much as he does, "doesn't actually play video games."
Not even five years ago, and his ass would have been perma-banned for being such a stupid, laughable shit even though he would then use a VPN to try to post around the banning. Now he's just allowed to exist and ferment.
