pretty sure you get banned for this now sadly, i used to do it a lot on borneo but i stopped when a friend of mine got banned after doing nothing but OOB exploits on frontier+borneo for a week

if you just do it occasionally you should be fine, but you have no idea at what point the speds at valve decide its time to ban you, if they decide to ban you at all.
