it’s like an extreme form of anxiety but it’s centered around expectations, so everything to me feels like I have to match up to someone’s (or society’s expectations) and I withdraw from everything as result. its kinda like social anxiety in a way so yes, I avoid being in he spotlight when I can. It’s fucking me over in the long run but whatever, I wasn’t gonna live a normal life anyways, and though my condition isn’t debilitating in the eyes of financial assistance or whatever, doing everyday things that are demanded of me (particularly being like an adult) just feels harder for me. at least on here everyone’s retarded and anonymous.
