Victor Davis Hanson says he thinks the Epstein files contain a lot of names of people who are essentially Epstein's phonebook, so Trump is under huge pressure to not release the files due to this.
It would be irresponsible of the DOJ to do this because it'd cause witch hunts.

Trump is stuck because if he doesn't release the files he's getting accused of a cover up by his own base and the libs are having a field day with it. If he does release the files no one's going to be happy because there's no proof of crimes + it'll potentially result in a lot of 'guilt by association' bullshit.
