She's pretty straightforward.
HoS spear -> Prommy/Dudu stuff -> HoS ult -> Seele QTE -> Seele ult -> Seelecopter -> basic attacks until bar is full -> charged attack -> ult again if it's recharged by killing a mob -> HoS and Prommy/Dudu stuff again

I've written it from memory, but I'm pretty sure that's how her rotation looks like.
