Posted last night about having run lab 37 times trying to get this damn thing. Took me 52 runs but I finally got it.

I never made anything off of Breach except for the occasional person buying the chest and a lot of minion builds buying the belt. The occasional god tier minion eye sold but people don't want to pay for them so they buy something much worse but good enough (mostly just poison chance and + physical + chaos damage to minions)
