i don't know how to be calm

Bla bla bla 3rd thread I've made and long story short I was on e for a month before parents found it and I've been off it for a little over a month now. Boobs grew slightly but even after being off of it for a month they're still sore and sensitive, is this permanent? Do I really need to somehow get back on e so they finish growing and the soreness goes away?

I see weightlifting and exercise as play, does anybody else?
