Shotkams are good for watching your game kills and learning lead but are otherwise a bit of a shit tool for learning. An instructor, like myself, who CAN shoot is also key, many people will tell you how to shoot when they haven't got a system or fundamentals like a boxer learning footwoork and jab before all else.
