deadlifts went fine. benched 180 4x5 and actually 6 reps the first set. upped the weight on all my machine work and finished the night with 45 lb hammer curls. big improvements tonight and i've eaten very well today. officially proud of myself, probably the strongest i've ever been. i have been lower body fat however, my cardio is still a shadow of what it used to be, but it's coming along too. nice to gain something in what has been a tough week.
