Half the independent projects out right now are just blatant pilot pitches for mainstream kid studios. Nobody is out here making fucking Plymptoons or Joanna Quinn shorts just for the love of the art. Everything is just, "HEY AMAZON, PICK MY STUFF UP! LOOK HOW MUCH AUDIENCE APPEAL THERE IS!".
